“You don’t need the perfect body to be happy. It doesn’t make you better person,” declared David Burns, a psychiatrist and also the athor of “feeling Good”.

But now many people, especially woman confused about their body. They feel the slim body is more important, so they to compete diet with hard for get a slim body. And they are never to know that their effort can make some illness and not healthy for ther body. The tight diet or hard diet without routine physical exercise is not balance and can be fatal and Many case about this infact not slim body they get but death.

No body is perfect, so we must be grateful and received of our body. And don’t be shy but we must be confident or we never feel a happiness.

Here are some tips on how you can make peace with your body : (hello, 218)
a. Remember that agreat body is no guarantee of lovd or happiness.
b. Focus on your own best features; you may have a wonderfull smile, sparkling eyes or a great sense of humor. Concentrate on these traits whenever you begin to worry about figure flaws.
c. Realize that your self-esteem is the basis of your attractiveness.
d. Be as kind to yourself as you are to others.
